Instructions
- Add water to bottom of container - Add perforated steaming tray onto base - Add salmon and veggies to steaming tray - Salt and pepper salmon and cut slits to speed up cook time - Combine 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp minced garlic (use jarred garlic for convenience), Italian herbs, a squeeze of lemon juice, and paprika. Brush onto salmon. - Very lightly drizzle olive oil on asparagus (don’t use too much) and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. - Microwave for ~4 min and take out asparagus at 2 min mark (they will be done cooking)! - Serve with microwaveable frozen brown rice.View original recipe
